That is awesome! I started this year in very small batches with a small water bath canner and pint jars. I made dill pickles and tomato sauce and I just picked the last of our jalapenos so I am hoping to make some jalapeno jelly also. It does seem very daunting, even the small batches but I am encouraged hearing that it gets easier every year. Thank you for sharing the cowl pattern also. I am going to try to make one this fall. That is gorgeous and looks so warm!
